No AI/ML Training: Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
Limited Usage: Google user data is only accessed to provide the specific functionality requested by users, such as scheduling around existing calendar events or syncing homeschool events to Google Calendar.

You have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You also have the right to restrict how we use your personal information and to object to its processing.

6.1. Data Deletion and Retention

We handle your data with care, particularly regarding retention and deletion:

Account Closure: Upon closing your account, we will retain your data for a period of 30 days to allow for potential account recovery. After this period, all your personal data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Data Deletion Requests: You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@homeschoolplanner.com. We will process such requests within 14 days.
Google Data: As described in section 5.1, we do not store Google Calendar data. Events created by our application and pushed to your Google Calendar remain under your control and can be deleted directly from your Google Calendar.

As a platform used by families for homeschooling, we collect information about minors under the guidance of their parents or legal guardians. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to provide consent for a minor's data to be used in accordance with this policy.
